Hello Danimar, as you unfortunately did not provide any info what you have tried and read already I can only point you to the sticky posts.
They should be read BEFORE posting new threads as most of them contain already the answers to 95% of the problems that Minion might have.
Point 9 for example -> But points 1 to 8 (especially 8!) and 10 to ... are also relevant to fix most common issues.
If the troubleshooting guide does not fix your issue, please follow the "If Posting Bug Reports or requesting help" sticky thread to provide us the data we need. Screenshots are nice, log files and xml files of Minion are essential
