Hello there your log and minion.xml show you are running Minion 2.0.7. Try uninstalling Minion, download the latest version 2.0.9 from
http://minion.mmoui.com and install it. If you still have problems please post your new minion.log, version 2.0.9 has greatly increased the error logging so we can better tell what is going on.
