If you find multiple versions of an addon there might be patches which are saved in a category of addons which Minion does not show.
Please use the addon search at the top right

You'll see the list of the addons with Dressing room in their name and you'll also see at the right columns when it was updated last.
You'll see the original addon in the search results and this should be the first to check for. Check at the top right edge of the addon's description when it was updated last, or check the "other files" section for "patches" and "additional addons" (if enabled by the author) as patches/addons connected to this main addon should be listed there.
Else read the comments of that addon and see if users reported bugs etc. and if not, download the official version and test if it works for you.
If bugs were reported already or the last update was some weeks/months ago you can check if any of the other search results are newer:
Check the description and comments of these patched versions then.

'd go for "Dressing Room updated" which was updated last in November 2021 and also shows in Minion as it's a patch for Dressing room.
But if you do not like to test any patched verisons you can also try other similar addons.
