a few weeks ago when I started playing ESO again I found an add on which makes raw materials glow without using skillpoints. I didnt download it because i thought i wontneed it. Now its the case that I do need it but i cant remember which add on it is.
Does anyone know which Add-On replaces the effect of the crafting perks?

It doesn't cause them to glow, but it does give them a symbol that hovers over them. It makes the "keen eye" passives totally unnecessary.
