Try downloading Minion 2.0.11b from
http://minion.mmoui.com and reinstall. Let me know how it goes.
Doesn't look like you've been able to patch your Minion yet correct? So nothing has changed for you Minion wise yet so I don't think the patch caused this as it it hasn't installed it yet unless you were able to click one of those buttons earlier?
Have you installed any type of windows UI management software?
Maybe you just need to reboot?
