I never had nor created these files and they are not relevant or created for/by ESO.
I do not know why Minion should search them at all.

ES is creating live/AddonSettings.txt and libe/UserSettings.txt, that's all.
Both are irrelevant for Minion and only needed for ESO itsself.

What Minion needs is the live/AddOns folder to exist as far as I know, and ESO will create this after your fist launch of ESO and getting ingame, same as the AddOnSettings.txt file will be created then first.


I think Minion is finding these txt files "now" after you have created them as Minion searches for addon's txt (manifest) files in the ESO folder\live\AddOns.
So if you point it to the "correct" documents/elder scrolls online/live/AddOns folder it will only search inside that folder and not check any other txt files outside of it.
If you only point it to documents/elder scrolls online it will search all txt files in there.

If this was not the case and those TOC entries in the log were shown while you had chosen the correct live/AddOns folder and before you had manually created those files (which I never saw before) maybe the Minion devs can check what has happened here.
