First of all: Do not delete any files!
Logout. Delete the addon. Install fresh with all files.
Check your launcher language if it is set to English as most addons use the client language.
If you want the videos etc to appear in German but the addon to use English: This is not possible afaik.
Login.
Disable ALL other addons except the hoder one and the needed dependencies!
Login to the worl.
Change your client language to English.
Inside the chat edit box type this and press the return key:

A relaodui should happen automatically and the game client uses EN now.
If this works maybe any other addon you had enabled before disturbed it.
