Ignore it and search for out of date here in the forums, with Google or any other web search and you'll find plenty of resources explaining you why this can be ignored and should be ignored!
Read the sticky thread about "out of date" (that's why they exist and are sticked at the top of each forum) here at the "addon help forum" for the start.
