There is an addon, if not then can one be made that does the following:

1) Parses book/scroll/note text from the game.
2) When you open a readable object for the first time, you are then READ the text by an AI bot, OS Voice, or a human recorded voice actor audio file.
3) Works only out of combat, or incombat if you toggle


There is so much lore in these books ingame but who has the time to read it every time they come across it?

Imagine this, as you come across Vivec's Sermons, you are read them as you continue on your way adventuring.
