Could be but if the manual update of the guild history works it should also transport the info to MM then.
Maybe it would take longer, some ppl said it takes like 1-2 hours sometimes, but it should work in total.
But yeah, perhaps wait for the event to end to check again.
I personally heard many times that MM is behaving weird in the past months, so maybe switch to another addon instead (or in addition).
