In the meantime, I have something like that set up using Skydrive. Dropbox or anything other similar application would work too. Simply put, I moved the Addons folder out of the "My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live" folder to my Skydrive folder, and then from a command prompt used the mklink command to create a junction or link.
So the Addon folder in My documents is redirected to the addon folder on my skydrive. Do that on both computers and you'll stay perfectly synchronised.
