Azurah. So... he did in fact "name something right off".
And Azurah
does do what you're looking for. It has several categories of settings, but under it's "General" settings, you can change your compass pin size from 60% to 110%.
Plus, it's just an awesome addon to have anyway. It does a lot of other great things.
No other addon that changes the compass pin sizes comes to mind.
Also... Be grateful you got a response at all, please. If you wanted more than 1 addon suggestion, just ask for that, instead of being passive-aggressive because you didn't get the answer you wanted.
