EDIT: I just read in another thread that this is an issue that you already know about and are working on in which Minion does not always recognized addons which were installed outside of Minion. I just wanted to post this here in case anyone else also sees this thread.
I was able to install all of my addons from within Minion and it now see them. NOTE: You do not have to remove your addons first, you just need to search for each one in Minion and install there. Thanks!
