Seems I need to start minion as admin. Then it works. Ill continue to investigate this issue.
But now I found a real (?) bug. When I remove WoW from minion and restart minion the program detects a wow installation (the same one) and adds the game and its addons again. After this I find two wow-entries in the minion.xml, the first with the flags
ignore="true" unique-game-id="WOW-1"
and the second without the ignore-flag and unique-game-id="WOW-2"
Strangely this does not happen with the Elder Scrolls live installation which I also removed from minion. This one stays ignored and does not add again. If no one else does experience this I guess we can ignore this - might be the result of my extensive experiments to get minion running. For now I am happy with a working addon manager! Cause its 1am now I will grab some sleep. Have fun!
