It's getting kind of difficult to support all you in one thread here so if you have a different issue please post your minion.xml and log in a different thread with a description of the issue and I'll take a look at it.
I just want to confirm that every one in this thread can eventually get Minion to load right? It just takes a long time?
Does it always take a long time now? What happens once you restart after Minion loads once?
