[Request] synergy notifier

Hi,
im running with a UI that perfectly fits my needs, but one thing: i dont see well the notifications for synergy.(Press X)
The addon im looking for would have 2 features:
-first, a customizable synergy notifier , with size , location, and if possible depth of screen configurable (he pops under my ressource bar)
-second, a customizable flash on screen : for example red for dealing dmg (impale, supernova...) green for healing/ressources and so on. With a trigger for epileptics .
If there is one already existing, what's his name?
If not, is it possible to make a standalone addon for it (i think that should be whole addon on its own, shouldnt it?)
