From the sources above, as per my understanding as a ordinary PC user , I can say that RedShell is not a spyware program but the real topic should be “ is the integration of the Redshell.dll file to ESO game client without transparency and acknowledge of its players/users?” since RedShell is a third party analytics tool developed by Innervate, Inc (
