Minion cannot connect to internet

I can confirm I didn't do anything to my PC since yesterday and it is not working anymore. Same issue.

Yep, same issue here. Worked with ethernet cable but i need it to run on wifi and it refuses to do so.

same for me. i was able to get on and use it yesterday and this morning it wont connect. says unable to connect to the internet. I have followed and verified all the steps in previous comments and nothing works. I tried going to https://api.mmoui.com/v3/ and it says "Working ". Not sure what the issue is but it seems there are a lot of people with the same issues today.

It looks like some root certificate embedded in the ancient JRE used by Minion has expired and now it got trust issues and does not want to talk to the server anymore.

Same as others. Was working yesterday. Besides Minion everything else seems to connect fine.

Also not working for me, tried all the suggested things from the helppage .. turned firewall and security off, ran as admin, added to my firewall , un/reinstalled both 64 and 32 bit versions.

have the same issue with x32 Minion even with admin rights and disabled firewall

Installed the new Minion update manually (just uninstall/ install the new one) and everything is back to normal

Ugh. I had a second virus program running in the background that I thought I had removed from my system almost 2 years ago (because the license expired).
So once I noticed that, I turned it off, and I was able to download the new version of Minion.

I uninstalled the old version (3.0.11) before installing the new version (3.0.12), and it's working fine.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling. The first download linked to an old version of Minion (3.0.5). Make sure it tries to download the 3.0.12 version.
What I don't understand is why it broke like this, and why it's showing me incorrect versions of addons installed that I need to update, that don't need updated since I have the latest versions.

Same problem here. It worked fine when I ran it roughly 10 hours ago, and failed to start just now. Nothing's changed on my PC in the last 10 hours.
