Help Azurah not working

Hi, I am new and downloaded some addons that all work fine. Except for the Azurah addon. It shows in my AddOn file ok just like the others but when I go to settings ingame, the other add ons are there but nothing about Azurah addon.

I also went to chat and typed in /azurah unlock but nothing happened either.

What am I doing wrong with this one?

When you click on the AddOns button on the menu, does it show there? If not, then it isn't installed correctly. Post the install path for it, please? From C: right through to Azurah.txt, please. I'm betting you have a problem with the folders for it, probably folder-in-folder syndrome.

It is in my folder C users/user/documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/Azurah_v1.6

Yup, folder in folder. You didn't give me the full path, like I requested, but I'm betting that it is:

C users/user/documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/Azurah_v1.6/Azurah/Azurah.txt right?

Well, it's the Azurah_v1.6 folder that is the problem. The path should be:

C users/user/documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns/Azurah/Azurah.txt

Move the folder up a level.

To add to what Cairenn said, either you or the program you used to extract the .zip file created a new folder named after the .zip file. This is all nice and useful if the .zip is full of random files. But addons are inside a folder already, ready to just pull out and go.
