[Request] Slightly improved notifications

I mainly want to request L8knight, from the other 'slightly improved' addons, since his addons have worked splendidly ever since Skyrim. I enjoy the way he keeps the code and interface clean, while adding in the right options and editables.

Please don't assume I have any problem with anyone else creating this feature!

Addon summary:
The notifications in the upper right corner of the screen, "Account not found", "Not enough inventory space".
I would like to make the messages movable, and make the sounds adjustable.

If anyone else has any other ideas for improving this small functional addon, please say so.
