Underlining text

Hello,

According to https://wiki.esoui.com/Text_Formatting there is supposed to be some sort of chat underline support. In the Thieves Guild patch in 2016 it's listed in the changelog - https://forums.elderscrollsonline.co...change-log-pts

I tried /script d("Put emphasis on |l0:1:1:0:1:000000|lblood|l and |l0:1:0:-25%:2:000000|ldaggers|l.") and it doesn't recognize either formatting command. Help?
