Event triggers for health bar glow, DOTs, etc?

From the AmA a bit back, one of the devs stated you can see on the health bars if someone's buffed (a glow), if their armor has been weakened (some crack overlay?), and an arrow overlay depending on if a DOT or HOT is active. Is there an even trigger and/or function call to extract that info? Or is it one of the things that was culled by recent UI restructuring?

I want to design my own stat bars, but that may be difficult if these necessary things aren't able to be communicated beyond the default bars.

I think the things you want were culled. The devs really do not want that information automated and want the player to detect visually what is going on.
