I think I saw comment saying that addon will be continued under the original name. I do not remember the orginal name, though.

If there will be no other addon blocking messages, I can try to write something. I already have my own tools for disabling trial notification and PvP scroll announcements, so I can add a few more things and make an addon.

I've been using this one with success HideRaidNotifySpam.

Sometimes one will slip through when teleporting otherwise, nice and quiet.

I just made a preview version of No, thank you! addon, which blocks AvA messages outside of AvA world, friends status messages and RaidScore Notifications. I didn't include block for Delete Mail confirmation dialog as in my case it is already blocked by Postmaster. There is a simple settings (/noty), so you can redirect messages to chat window or select which RadScore Notification should be shown.
If anyone is willing to test it, it is in my dropbox folder (link in the signature). Also if you want any other messages blocked, let me know, so I can add it before official release of this addon.

I have uploaded addon No, thank you! which does basically the same as removed ByTheNine Notify.
Of course it's not a copy of BT9, it's written from the scratch. Functionally it should be the same with one difference - NoTY doesn't disable delete mail confirmation dialog, but it is because I'm opening mail using the buttons added by Postmaster Altered.
