Mini Map Key Issues

I recently have noticed that the Mini-Map has been giving me icon's for quest pickups/turn ins where there are no icons to be seen at that location. Basically, I am chasing ghosts, and this just happened with the last patch with ESO. Anyone else seeing the same thing? Any ideas on how to fix (I have already installed reinstalled, rebooted, reset to defaults and a few other things,)

Just a guess - do you use Destinations addon? Icons could be from this addon.

If you do use Destinations, then please use the "Load new Quest Data" button in the settings.
If you have done that already, then it MAY have glitched out in the data. Use the command /dlaq
to reload once more to fix the problem.

Yes, default look of pins for available quests look a little bit confusing. It would probably be a good idea to change default look to glowing.
