Buffs / Debuffs not showing

I am currently unable to see any target buffs or debuffs with either FTC or ggFrames. FTC actually didn't have a target frame showing up at all. ggFrames has the target frame, but is not providing any enemy buff or debuff indicators.

In addition, a great many of my own buffs aren't showing up either. My active mundus stone and whether or not I am blocking are the only ones that are indicated. This is the case with both addons.
