[Request] Armor and Spell Penetration

Has anyone planned on or have included Armor & Spell Penetration to the Character Sheet. I would like to be able to see what current penetration is by percent. Also would like to know if it can overcharge which I assume it would. Thanks for any replies ahead of time.

I am looking for Penetration not Resistance. How much I reduce a targets armor or spell resistance.
