Request: Stable camera (Diablo 3 like)/FOV

Hi,

I would like to play the game with my wife. She is having problems though with car sickness like symptoms. I have read that changing the Field of View would help in some cases and that there is no official slider for that yet.
Is there a function that can be used to hack the value?
Other than that, my wife is having no troubles with games like Diablo 3. There the view is iso-metric, if that is the right word for this helicopter kind of view and the camera doesn't turn around wildly either.
Is there any chance to emulate that kind of camera with the Elder Scrolls Online?

They promised to add FOV slider for first-person view, but it was before the release.
