Middle mouse button? That will change the angle in 3rd person view.

Can you be more descriptive in what you need if that isn't what you're asking?

also there is a keybind to the "V" button that will switch between first and third person view.

I don't know that such can exist. I've been checking and it doesn't seem like they give much ability to even read the camera position. I would expect they wouldn't let you manipulate it.
