[outdated] Disable all AddOns

At the window where we can disable addons there is a button to reload the UI. We need a Button to disable all AddOns or enable all Addons! When I have 40 Addons there to disable just to test out one addon without the others its a pain to klick all the checkboxes

Thanks again. Didn't thought that woud be possible with an addon. Anyway it shoud be on every client now

why? its still a perfectly valid wish since there is an addon menu on the character sreen.
