Addon similar to Azurah

Are there any addons that have similar ability to move UI elements like Azurah that is or will be updated to Update 7? Don't know if the Author(s) of Azurah are going to update it or are even playing anymore.

I have just uploaded new version (2.09) which should at least fix UI errors.
