before ZOs will change the official price for Russia, you can go on the russian sites and buy game cards
2 month - 999-1099 RUR you can easy count exchange rate and exchange rate still falling i can imagine, if ZOS will not change the price - in few month you can pay $5 per month if you will register new account in steam with Russia in country field, you also will got 499 RUR subscription price per month with latest steam off sales i figure out tecnically i can buy account for VERY cheap price https://steamdb.info/app/306130/ just go to this site and look for the cheapest price after this repeat steps from my #9 post enjoy! last time i bougth account with India VPN for ~$8.6 when was a week with -50% off  AT THE MOMENT its not against ZOS tos/eula yes, its against Steam tos/eula, but steam has ZERO chance to catch you, because you will never play this game thru steam from my experience this method always end well, for me i will not tell how many times i did it, but enough for last half year - different purchases for my wife, brother, few friends with low money etc  Last edited by QuadroTony : 02/25/16 at 03:05 AM.
