Skill Calculator not working today, 23 May 14

I am getting this error when trying to use the Skill Calculator:

An error occurred
An error occurred during execution; please try again later.

I have tried both IE and Chrome. I have tried to start new and have also tried a link.

Chrome was working yesterday.
