Quests rewarding a skill point

Hi ! I don't know if this has been discussed before, but when I check the "Rewards A Skill Point" box to filter the quests list, I get 0 quest.
Is it still working as intended ?

Yeah, I've ran into this myself. I am strapped for skill points and have been trying to figure out how I can squeeze a few more out of the Aether before my next level. I knew hadn't done all the quests up to my level, but much to my dismay, this function was not working on esohead, and there's not a organized and complete list anywhere else that google had indexed.

Yeah that's the screen i got when I wanted to check the Skill Point rewarding quests.
