Siege weapon/repair buttons

You could bind a key to a siege weapon with addon KeyInv but it doesn't work. I don't know if GeymindQuickSlotBar would work.

Basically I want 2 sets of buttons on my screen:
- siege weapons (with number of quantity and red when zero)
- siege repair (same)

The addon should hide when not in Cyrodill or with KeyInv toggle it on/off
