What is the purpose of "ZO_Ingame.lua"?

Hello Guys,

today I look in my SavedVariables Folder to delete some Variables-Files because I not any longer use thre associated AddOns.

But I found a File named ZO_Ingame.lua and I can't figure out which AddOn has createt or use it... can someone help me?

This file contains saved variables for default UI. For example chat settings, WorldMap filter settings etc.
