Resource bars

Hello

I'm looking for an addon with the following specific properties:

- movable resource bars
- show numbers/percentage/... on the bar
- always show all bars when in combat
- always show all bars when any of the bars is not full
- hide when above 2 rules are false

I could make it myself, but I'm too lazy at this point
I know some of the things are available in other addons, but I'd like 1 single addon for it.

"I know it is available in different addons but I like 1 addon to do all"

ZOS did not implement an addon manager LIST to simply enable only 1 addon :-)

Why? You are lazy, ok, you said so. But why should someone invent the wheel new if it is there already?
Just because you don't want to update 3 addons (use Minion and it is 1 click to do!)?
Or is it because you want all addon settings to appear at the same panel?

As I said already: I don#t see any reason why

As it happens though, AUI has you covered here in full.

That's a valid statement, but still .. let's think extreme, and I'd need 5 different mods to do what I want; it just does not seem like a good idea to me to use 5 different mods with different code bases to manage 1 common thing.

No? Also, I like the idae of 1 mod for a particular purpose or coherent set of purposes.

That said, I never expected it really to be 1 single mod for all my requests ... I cán live with 2 (but not 3, it would insta kill me )
And I did not know AUI + I tried Azurah yesterweek and was completely broken (without realizing it has a fix by our beloved garkin)
