[OSX/MACBOOK] It will not load-just stays stuck on loading!

I've uninstalled it multiple times, deleted all files and it still just says loading every time it starts.

No prompts to update, cant click anything-nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi McGradiator, what version of OSX are you running?

Can you post your minion.xml and minion0.log?

On OSX they are located in the hidden folder /Users/<osx username>/.minion/. You can copy them to your desktop using the following commands in your terminal window:

Code:
cp ~/.minion/minion.xml ~/Desktop
Code:
cp ~/.minion/minion0.log ~/Desktop
Thanks

Can you attach the minion.xml file to the forum post? What you're using to view the .xml is only showing a parsed output not the actual xml.

I'm guessing deleteing the minion.xml will get you back on your feet but I would like to confirm that. So if you could attach it to a forum post that would be awesome.

Then you can try
Code:
rm ~/.minion/minion.xml

Interesting, yeah your minion.xml is a bit messed up with the ignore tag.

- I would delete the minion.xml with the above command I posted.
- Restart Minion.
- Then you'll need to re-install a few addons that go missing once you do. Don't worry your addon settings wont get deleted.

I'll have our java programmer take a look at why Minion saved your minion.xml the way it did making it invalid. Thanks for posting this

Under the options tab what is the addon directory path that is detected? What mega server are you on (NA or EU)?

Should I delete the old addon folder as I manually installed them when Minion didn't work.

Ok that path looks correct.

you aren't seeing any AddOns in the game?

Or they're just missing from the "installed" list on Minion? If its just inside Minion you dont see them listed just re-install them. Find then under "find more" and install them again.

I would try clearing out your AddOns folder, remove any that show up in Minion by using the right click option to uninstall. Then re-install them using Minion only.

If you still don't see them in game under the AddOns list double check the AddOns folder.

- Go to your OSX documents folder.
- open Elder Scrolls Online folder.
- open the live folder.
- open the AddOns folder.
- Do you see a bunch more folders with the names of your Addons?
