[Looking for] move & scale UI

Hi all,

I m looking for an addon that would allow me to move and scale any element of the UI such as the compass, the player & traget frames, the group and raid frames and stuff like those things.

I already know that Azurah kinda offers those features but it also adds its own features so i d like an addon that just focus on moving and scaling every UI releated stuff.
