skill/spell experience for ranks

So the game displays the experience it will take to level up your characters lvl/vet rank and it displays the experience necessary to lvl up overall skill lines, but I find it very annoying that individual spells display nothing when you hover over them giving you no indication of how long it should take to lvl them.

Does anyone know of an addon that fixes this issue?
