Filter certain chat messages?

Can you do this without ignoring people? For example, filter out entire posts that have the world "guild" in them or "vampire bite". I'm so sick of trying to read meaningful stuff that's cluttered every ten seconds by 4000 guilds recruiting and people trying to sell vamp or werewolf crap
