[Request] Respec addon

Hi,

After respeccing a few times because I wasnt happy with one skilline (particularly the weapon skill line, can't seem to find one that suits me well), and more respecc in the future when the research starts to come to a close, and I don't need the skillpoints in those skills anymore I was thinking it would be great with an addon that lets you set up a complete build (or by skilline), save it, and apply it if there is skillpoints available.

I tried to undertake the task, but it seems to be too complex for me as I can't find a good way to get all possible skills a certain character can have (not even thinking about Werewolf, Vampire and Emperor now).

It could work similar to a skill calculator such as the one from Esohead, which the option to save and apply the skillpoints distributed.
