in the left side of the photo where you see your equipped gear what addon lets you have the colored circles under your gear?

AlphaGear 2 has that, dunno about other addons doing the same.

Yes should be AlphaGear2 as it also adds the sun like yellow circles to the items in your inventory which are in any alphagear saved profile (see right side, the inventory items, below the white lock icon).
