Splash screen lock - ESOUI

Splash screen lock

I downloaded and installed the ESOHEAD mod and now when I try and start the game it jujst sits on the first splash screen and says "updating application list " and nothing ever happens , any help is welcome.

The servers are down at the moment: https://twitter.com/TESOnline. Is it something that happened with in the last 6hrs? Then I'd say that's the issue.
