Creating new attribute bars?

Hi again!

Well... I could hide the original health, stamina and magicka bars, but now I need to create new ones, so I can put my textures in them, and have new attribute bars. For example: The idea is to create a new health bar, with custom texture (only borders of the bar, not the red color, that is good). Can I do this? How?
