French and German translations needed for Destinations

For French:
All the new points in Upper Craglorn
Not 100% sure but it looks like a single point is missing the the translation for Bangkorai.
There might be an issue with some text in the settings, and the Lightbringer tooltip as well.

For German:
Major overhaul, as it have not been maintained in a very long time.
