Guides?

Hey,
I was wondering if there was going to be a "Guides" tab like on WoWHead?
Where users can write their own guides for the game.

For ESOhead, if you click on "More", then "Forums" if brings you to the ESOUI forums, on which you will find "Gameplay: A place for member-created guides and for discussion about tradeskills, raiding, and quests."
I assume this is where Guides will be, for the moment.

Additionally, on ESOUI, If you click on the "Wiki" link above, you'll see there's a spot for Guides on the main wiki page, as well.
