No addons displayed

32-bit version installed, "C:\Users\Admin\.minion" path cleaned, Minion added to all possible exceptions, "setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true" performed with success result, PC restarted, cdn.esoui.com is fine, Minion launched as administrator, no errors related to connection, addons detected.
BUT
All installed addons throw

log lines, no addons displayed in UI and search.

What do I do next?

Could it be that your ISP is blocking access somehow?
I mean you said you got access to cdn.esoui.com but the logfiles always tell us that you cannot get any info from the API/servers.
Do you use any proxy server? Try to disable it then.

My trace to cdn.esoui.com was fine all the time.
I've changed folder scan depth to 6 and performed scan again, the issue was solved.
I'm not sure how is this related though.
