[Bug] Wrong addon version recognized

[Laren]

Problem: After installing Minion, it wants to update some addons, even though the latest version is already installed.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Install location: default (C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Minion)
Log and config files are attached, email and username removed.
ESO server: EU

The following addon versions are not recognized properly:
