Error while right clicking on a recipe.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? It's happened while right clicking to delete a trash item from inventory, as well. If I /reloadui then it always fixes the issue, whether it's 'use item' or 'delete item'.

Do you have any addons that add items to the right click context menu? That is the popup menu that opens when you right click on items in your inventory...or anywhere else with a custom right click context menu.

Just a tip: if you want to destroy something quickly and this pops up, drag the item out of the inventory and drop it "into the world". If you need to eat/drink something and don't want to reloadui, placing it in quickslot and using from there should work.
