Exclamation Minion Update Log Not Sorting Properly

Hello everyone.

Since the last days of 2019 Minion started showing the updated addons in the Update Log in an almost completely random order, with entries from 2019 mixed with this year entries. This is rather inconvenient for me, since I use the log to see which addons got updated last and check their change log for informations. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.

What is the "update log"?
Do I need to turn automatic updates on to see it?
I'm no fan of the automatic updates as it also may happen during gameplay and some libraries will fail to install/work properly if it's done as you are logged in.
I recommand you to update the addons before login each day manually by just firing Minion uip and clicking the one button "Update all".
It's fast as well and easy, and the benefit is: You are able to see what will update + read the changelog and see hints like "SavedVariables will reset" etc.
If you are interested into this info...

The minion.log file?
This file still shows entries starting with INFO or DEBUG and then the date 2020-02-06 e.g. for me so the sorting is alright.

Thank you for the answer Baertram.

I have indeed enabled automatic updates, but after reading your post I will turn them off and update the addons manually as you suggested.
